Solutions First Credit Union, which describes itself as “soon to be Guardian Credit Union”, told members in a notice dated July 2, 2026 that it will stop offering Zelle on August 21, 2026. After that date members can no longer send, receive or request money with Zelle through the credit union’s online banking or mobile app.

Why it matters
Zelle works only through a participating bank or credit union, so when an institution leaves the network its members lose the service in that app. The notice links the change to the upcoming merger with Guardian Credit Union.
What to do
- Complete or cancel any scheduled or pending Zelle transfers before August 21, 2026, as the notice asks.
- Download or print the Zelle history you need; the notice says access to it through the app will end.
- Tell people who pay you by Zelle how to pay you after August 21, and ask the credit union how any payment sent to you after that date will be handled.
