Report an error, ask about a page, or say hello.
We read every message. Error reports go first: we check them against the source and log any fix on the corrections page. Use the form below to report an error or outdated figure, ask about a page, or reach us about press and partnerships; about Send & Pray explains who we are.
Warning
We are a publication, not a bank or an app. We cannot see, move, cancel or recover any transfer, and we will never ask for your account details. For a problem with a payment, contact your bank or app using the number on your card or in the app.
Pick the right topic
- Report an error or outdated figure. A fee, limit, cutoff time or transfer time that does not match the institution’s own page. Tell us the page on our site, the figure, and, if you have it, a link to the bank’s, app’s or regulator’s page that shows the current value.
- Question about a page. Something unclear, or a bank or app you would like us to cover. We answer from published sources, so we cannot say why your own payment is late.
- Press or partnership. Media requests and advertising. Paid content follows our sponsored content policy: our figures and the order of our tables are never for sale.
- Other. Anything else about the site.
What happens to an error report
- We open the source you name, or the institution’s own page if you did not name one.
- If our page is wrong, we fix it and add an entry to the corrections log.
- If the institution has changed its figure since we checked, we update the page and its “Checked on” date.
- If the source still shows our figure, the page stays as it is.
Which sources we accept is set out in our methodology, and how we write and correct pages in our editorial policy.
Problems with a transfer
We cannot act on any payment. These can:
- Your bank or app, through the number on your card, the bank’s website or the app’s help section. They are the only ones who can look up, cancel or recall your payment.
- The CFPB, if your bank or app does not resolve a problem with a transfer: consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
- The FTC, to report a scam: ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
- The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center, for online fraud, including crypto scams: ic3.gov.
Never send account numbers, passwords, PINs or sign-in codes through this form, or to anyone who contacts you claiming to be us. Anyone who offers to “recover” lost money or crypto for a fee is a known scam pattern; we do not work with recovery services.
What we keep from a message sent through this form is set out in our privacy notice.
