Does Synovus have Zelle? Yes. You enroll and send Zelle payments in My Synovus online and in the app, at no charge. Sending is capped per day and per 30 days. Domestic wires cost $26 to send and $18 to receive; international wires cost $45 and $25. Online wires can be requested until 5:15 PM ET on business days. Synovus Bank is now part of Pinnacle Bank.

Zelle at Synovus

Enroll with Zelle through My Synovus, online or in the app, to send and receive money within minutes. The Digital Banking fee schedule lists Zelle at no charge. You can send up to $1,000 per day and $10,000 in the last 30 calendar days, with a minimum of $5 per payment.

Wire transfers at Synovus

Online wires in My Synovus can be requested between 9:00 AM and 5:15 PM ET on business days. The online wire service sends U.S. dollar wires only, within the U.S. and its territories. Other banks’ charges, including return wire fees, come on top of Synovus’s fees.

External transfers (ACH)

External transfers run from $5 up to $10,000 per day and $25,000 per rolling 30 days, and at least $100 must stay in the account. Transfers in from other institutions are free. Outbound transfers cost $3 standard (3 business days), $8 next-day or $12 instant. Next-day and instant transfers need 90 days of activity without NSF and a completed inbound transfer of $500 or more. Requests after 9:00 PM ET count as the next business day.

Synovus is now part of Pinnacle Bank

Synovus Bank merged into Pinnacle Bank on January 2, 2026 and now operates as Pinnacle Bank, a Tennessee bank, dba Synovus Bank. The combined bank uses both the Pinnacle and Synovus brands and plans to consolidate under the Pinnacle brand in early 2027.
