External transfers (ACH)
External transfers move money between PNC and your accounts at other U.S. institutions. PNC’s Digital Services Agreement says “You may not make transfers in excess of limits displayed within the Service”. “The cutoff time to make transfers on a given day is 1 a.m. ET on the next Business Day.” PNC’s transfers page says “you can move money in as few as 3 business days.”

If a transfer is late or went wrong
For a wire that has not arrived, start with wire transfer not received and how long do wire transfers take. For Zelle, see Zelle payment pending or, after a scam, Zelle scam refund. An external transfer can take 3 business days or more; see ACH transfer pending. Contact PNC through the number on your card or in the app.
Fees and limits can differ by account type; your account agreement is the final word.
