Zelle at KeyBank
KeyBank’s instructions: “Open your KeyBank mobile app or sign on to online banking, select Send Money with Zelle, and register.” The bank states: “KeyBank doesn’t charge a fee to send or receive money with Zelle.” Zelle is for personal accounts only: “Zelle is not available for Business Accounts.”
KeyBank’s Zelle Terms of Use say “Your current daily dollar limit can be found by contacting customer service”, and there is no limit on the number of transfers. The Key Smart Checking fee summary (May 17, 2024) lists a same-day processing cutoff of 7:00 PM ET for Zelle.

The cutoff depends on where you send the wire. The Online Banking Service Agreement sets 4:00 PM ET for wires in online banking. At a branch, KeyBank’s wire page gives 6:00 PM ET for same-day domestic wires and 5:30 PM ET for international wires.
The fees above come from the Key Express Checking disclosure (Seattle market); the Key Smart Checking fee summary shows the same amounts. KeyBank’s general wire page says fees range “from $0 to $45” depending on the account. Key Select Checking includes one free domestic or international outgoing wire per month and no fee for incoming wires. Standing wire orders cost $10.00 per wire, and repetitive outgoing wires are discounted $10.00 from the standard price.
You can cancel a consumer international wire within 30 minutes of authorizing it without being charged.
