Does Frost Bank have Zelle? Yes. You sign up in the Frost App or Frost Online Banking, and Zelle has no service charge. Frost lists a $15 fee for incoming wires; its personal fee schedules show outgoing wire fees only as “Fee varies”. Personal wires are sent at a Frost financial center or by phone, with same-day cutoffs between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM ET.

Zelle at Frost Bank

Sign up through the Frost App or Frost Online Banking and link your email address or U.S. mobile phone number to your account. Frost currently charges no service fee for Zelle.

The Zelle terms let you send up to $2,000 a day per recipient; the general Zelle page says only that limits are variable. On the Frost Personal Account, Zelle credits of $100 or more in a statement period are one way to waive the $8 monthly service charge.

Wire transfers at Frost Bank

The fee schedule lists one incoming wire fee with no domestic or international split. For outgoing wires, the Personal, Plus and Money Market fee schedules say “Fee varies”. The Frost Premium Account charges $0 for outgoing and incoming wires.

Personal wires are sent in person at any Frost location, or by phone after you complete a Funds Transfer Agreement at a financial center. Cutoffs, Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM ET for same-day U.S. dollar wires to a U.S. bank, 5:00 PM ET for U.S. dollar wires to a foreign bank, and 4:00 PM ET for foreign-currency wires. Domestic wires typically arrive the same day; international wires typically take 3 to 5 working days.

External transfers (ACH)

In Frost Online Banking, the most you can move in all transfers within 24 hours equals the available balance in your deposit accounts, or another maximum Frost sets and tells you. Timing and cutoff times for these transfers are shown only inside Online Banking.
