Zelle at First Citizens Bank

To start, log in to Digital Banking and select Send Money with Zelle; it works in the mobile app too. The Digital Banking Fee Schedule lists person-to-person transfers with Zelle at no charge.

First Citizens no longer publishes fixed Zelle dollar limits. It says your limits “may vary based on factors such as your account relationship, recipient and transaction history” and that you can view your available sending limit within Zelle in First Citizens Digital Banking when setting up a payment. Limits run over a rolling 24 hours and a rolling 30 days, not from midnight. First Citizens says it does not limit how much money you can receive with Zelle.
