Zelle at Bank OZK
To enroll, sign in to Online Banking or the mobile app, open the Quick Links menu (or Payments and Transfers) and choose “Send Money with Zelle®”. Accept the terms, enter your email address or U.S. mobile number and your deposit account, then confirm the one-time code. Money sent to someone already enrolled is typically available within minutes. Both accounts must be at U.S. banks or credit unions.
Bank OZK says each bank sets its own Zelle send limits and frequency, and asks customers to call its Customer Care Center at 1-800-274-4482 to learn theirs. It sets no limit on what you can receive.
A payment can be canceled only while the recipient has not yet enrolled with Zelle: choose it on your activity page and select “Cancel This Payment”, or call Customer Care. Once the recipient is enrolled, the money goes straight to their account and cannot be reversed. Bank OZK says qualifying imposter scams may be eligible for reimbursement; report one to Customer Care.
